The Palindrome series was created for the Designers of the Future award exhibited at Design Miami / Art Basel 2009. The furniture focuses on the phenomenon of symmetry with each piece comprising of half mould and half cast.
A series of linking tables made using leather from FENDI production laminated on to sheet metal.
The elliptical kitchen table expands up to 3.7m long. The insertable leaves are the off-cuts generated from cutting the ellipse. Additional leaves can be added.
Square boxes, fastener & a square is always 360degree.
Thinly sliced tree logs to create folding screen.
